Responsibilities
- Develop test scope, automation strategies, priorities, and completion criteria based on product requirements and technical risks.
- Design and implement reusable, maintainable UI, mobile, and API test automation frameworks and test code using Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and related tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and configure execution conditions and quality gates.
- Design and perform API and end-to-end tests for real-user and payment scenarios, including successful payments, failures, cancellations, refunds, retries, and system integrations.
- Maintain accurate, current, and appropriate test data across multiple payment-platform domains.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define test requirements, prioritize testing, and embed quality into each sprint.
- Evaluate product specifications, technical implementation, UI design, functionality, and performance, and provide meaningful quality feedback before release.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a software engineer or tester is required.
- At least one year of software QA engineering or SDET experience is required.
- Experience with software quality management across the full software development life cycle is required.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Device Farm, TestNG, Pytest, or similar tools is required.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java is required.
- Payment-domain experience is preferred.
- Experience operating and leading a QA team is preferred.
- Basic English business communication ability is preferred.
- The candidate should be able to work flexibly and independently, remain self-motivated, and manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
