Base Salary
$220k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features end to end from problem definition and design through implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance.
- Build responsive and reliable full-stack experiences across editor, growth and monetization, media, or AI product areas.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape interactions, simplify technical complexity, define constraints, and select meaningful metrics.
- Form hypotheses, instrument features, release incrementally, and use analytics and experiments to evaluate outcomes.
- Improve tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices while providing architectural direction, reviews, mentoring, and clear written communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products, including end-to-end features that measurably improved user or business outcomes.
- Experience owning features or experiments from planning through launch and using analytics and metrics to evaluate impact.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and unfamiliar technical systems, critically leverage AI agents, and create clarity around complex product and technical problems.
- Strong product judgment and attention to user experience, with rigorous validation using reproductions, logs, tests, and other evidence.
- Helpful experience includes working on editors, media products, creative tools, payment systems such as Stripe, AI agents or media-generation models, experimentation and product analytics, or video technologies such as shaders, graphics rendering, audio/visual effects, and media formats.
