Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Oracle applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and lead end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery from requirements gathering through business adoption.
- Design innovative solutions using Accenture’s GenAI and Agentic AI architecture and Oracle technologies.
- Integrate real-time AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
- Analyze business problems and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS), application design principles, application configuration, and customization.
- Hands-on project experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and Agentic AI applications, including multi-agent systems, planning, and reasoning.
- Knowledge of AI lifecycles, data analysis, statistical concepts, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and value realization in AI projects.
- Ability to connect technical AI concepts with business goals and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, become a subject matter expert, and mentor team members.
