Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously improve real-time ad-serving systems.
- Optimize multi-format ad serving at multi-million TPS scale while controlling costs.
- Own and drive software projects from conception through delivery.
- Partner with other teams to guide technical solutions and improve the ad-serving ecosystem.
- Maintain a high technical bar and improve system reliability, scalability, and operational overhead.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ year of Object-Oriented Design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: experience delivering complex software systems to customers and designing, building, operating, or managing large-scale distributed systems or web services.
