Responsibilities

  • Develop deep technical expertise and become the go-to authority in your domain.
  • Investigate complex escalations and lead high-stakes technical calls.
  • Run engaging office hours and deliver impactful learning sessions.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to identify gaps and drive improvements.
  • Become the global expert on Alerting & Monitoring within the Technical Solutions team.
  • Own investigations into alert-related escalations and identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to flag inconsistent monitor behavior.
  • Develop scalable diagnostics and reusable response strategies.
  • Lead enablement efforts to ensure Solutions teams understand Datadog’s alerting system.
