Responsibilities
- Develop deep technical expertise and become the go-to authority in your domain.
- Investigate complex escalations and lead high-stakes technical calls.
- Run engaging office hours and deliver impactful learning sessions.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- Become the global expert on Alerting & Monitoring within the Technical Solutions team.
- Own investigations into alert-related escalations and identify root causes.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to flag inconsistent monitor behavior.
- Develop scalable diagnostics and reusable response strategies.
- Lead enablement efforts to ensure Solutions teams understand Datadog’s alerting system.
