  • Define the architectural vision and long-term technical strategy for the Perception Platform.
  • Create scalable multi-tenant reference architectures covering tenant isolation, identity, authorization, configuration, data protection, deployment, sovereignty, compliance, and operations.
  • Establish reusable architectural principles, system boundaries, interfaces, contracts, and platform abstractions across distributed systems and engineering teams.
  • Architect RAG, agentic and multi-agent systems, AI memory, identity and authorization, safety and trust boundaries, and secure integration with enterprise data and services.
  • Define automation, observability, resilience, disaster recovery, failure isolation, validation, and operational architectures for globally distributed AI and cloud services.
  • Drive architectural convergence and evolve existing production systems toward modular, reusable, configurable, secure, and scalable platforms.
  • Lead architecture reviews and build-versus-reuse, service-boundary, API-contract, technology-selection, and architectural tradeoff decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, product, security, privacy, compliance, and platform leaders to establish roadmaps and strategic technology investments.

  • Significant experience architecting large-scale distributed systems, multi-tenant services, enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, or AI-powered production systems.
  • Experience establishing reference architectures, architectural principles, platform standards, system boundaries, and reusable patterns across multiple teams or organizations.
  • Experience designing generative AI, RAG, semantic retrieval, memory, reasoning, tool-use, evaluation, grounding, safety, and agentic or multi-agent architectures.
  • Deep knowledge of identity, authentication, authorization, RBAC, least privilege, delegated authorization, workload identities, service identities, agent identities, and multi-tenant security boundaries.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containerized services, compute, storage, networking, service-to-service communication, configuration management, Infrastructure as Code, automated deployment, and CI/CD.
  • Experience architecting highly available and resilient services, observability and diagnostics, deployment validation, operational architecture, and production-system modernization.
  • Ability to evaluate tradeoffs involving security, reliability, scalability, performance, cost, operational complexity, developer productivity, and time-to-market.
  • Strong technical communication, organizational influence without direct authority, and demonstrated ability to mentor senior technical leaders.
  • Preferred: master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
