Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across client environments using platforms including Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, SAP, and Palantir.
- Own programme-level outcomes including time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability, and associated commercial metrics.
- Drive rapid experimentation and ambiguous business problems to working production systems.
- Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions spanning identity, data, security, governance, platform layers, and multi-system workflow integration.
- Shape AI reinvention strategy, value architecture, ROI backlogs, use-case prioritization frameworks, and multi-year adoption roadmaps for senior client stakeholders.
- Create reusable reinvention blueprints, patterns, accelerators, engineering standards, and delivery learnings for the FDE practice.
- Lead architecture sessions, executive workshops, and code-with sessions with client engineering and leadership teams.
- Manage, develop, and performance-manage engineering teams, including resource allocation, individual development plans, and career conversations.
Requirements
- Engineering experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures.
- Deep production expertise designing and deploying agentic solutions involving agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, and workflows.
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models, including abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
- Experience leading software engineering teams and overseeing delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Demonstrated end-to-end delivery ownership in a client-embedded environment; internal-only, vendor-lab, or team-only deployments do not qualify.
- Ability to quantify deployment impact in business terms relevant to CFO-level stakeholders.
- Experience presenting to and building trust with senior client stakeholders at the CTO, CFO, or CISO level.
- People leadership experience, including managing, developing, and performance-managing engineers and conducting career conversations.
- Non-linear career profiles are welcomed, with assessment based on demonstrated deployment experience and outcome ownership.
