Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and refine applications to meet business process and application requirements.

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to contact center applications.

- Work independently as a subject matter expert and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience integrating contact center solutions within existing business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot contact center application issues.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
