Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents that reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks autonomously.
- Build and deploy AI agent workflows using tool calling, memory management, multi-agent collaboration, and workflow orchestration.
- Use LLMs, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and autonomous-agent techniques.
- Build REST APIs and microservices for AI-driven workflow integration platforms.
- Integrate agents with databases, APIs, enterprise systems, and dynamically selected tools.
- Apply software engineering practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Incorporate ethical AI, bias mitigation, and security best practices into autonomous-system design and deployment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Python, AI agents, and workflow integration.
- Proficiency in Python, AI agents and workflow integration, and AI and LLM foundations.
- Knowledge of large language models, multimodal models, prompt engineering, structured prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG.
- Hands-on experience with AWS KIRO and Spec Driven Development.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and LangGraph.
- Knowledge of multi-agent coordination strategies including collaboration, delegation, planning, negotiation, DAGs, state machines, and planners.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs for agent tooling and connecting agents with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of cloud or on-premises vector databases.
- Strong foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related field.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
