Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into scalable Facets solutions.
- Define and support product enhancements aligned with business objectives, functional requirements, and technical delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, collections, and materialized views.
- Perform application testing, quality reviews, and validation for Facets solutions and interfaces.
- Support functional and user acceptance testing, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, users, product owners, developers, testers, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience working within the healthcare domain.
- Hands-on experience with the Facets platform, including Membership, Claims, and Billing modules.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure technologies.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Problem-solving experience involving root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting testing, implementation, and production support activities.
- Preferred experience with Agile environments, Jira, healthcare data integration, data migration, ETL processes, Facets extensions, interfaces, customization projects, and requirements or solution-design leadership.
