Base Salary
$137k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scripts, APIs, and workflow automations for workplace systems.
- Develop integrations connecting collaboration tools and internal systems to enhance user experience.
- Implement monitoring and troubleshooting for automation and AI workflows.
- Contribute to secure onboarding and off-boarding workflows across access and permissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance standards through automation.
- Participate in pilot projects for new AI capabilities and track usage metrics.
- Contribute to code reviews and documentation for shared libraries and integration templates.
- Partner with senior engineers to modernize workplace systems with scalable architecture.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in software engineering or workplace technology development.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Google Workspace and interest in AI workflows.
- Understanding of IAM/SSO concepts and experience with automation is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD and workflow orchestration is desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
