Responsibilities
- Develop intelligent architectures for self-improving systems, agentic memory, and personalized autonomous multi-agent systems.
- Build systems that learn continuously, retain and reason over persistent memory, and coordinate across agents.
- Conduct machine learning research and prototype AI systems in product or research environments.
- Translate frontier research and research innovations into scalable, practical product experiences.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning in product development, prototyping, or research environments.
- Strong programming skills and experience with machine learning development.
- Understanding of transformer-based models.
- Experience prototyping in ML or AI contexts.
- Knowledge of large language models and multimodal foundation models is preferred.
- Experience with pre-training, fine-tuning, or performance optimization is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI systems capable of reasoning and task execution is preferred.
- Ability to implement research innovations into practical applications is preferred.
- Creativity, curiosity, collaboration, and effective communication skills are preferred.
