Responsibilities
- Execute multidisciplinary projects and client initiatives across Verizon business units.
- Contribute to technical solution design, business process optimization, and strategic enablement.
- Use Gemini, NotebookLM, Claude, ServiceNow, Ansible, and Python to research, synthesize technical data, build intelligent workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Global Solutions teams and participate in professional networking, volunteering, and leadership activities.
- Present project deliverables to the Global Solutions Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Attend Verizon’s Thurgood Marshall College Fund Immersion Program in October 2026.
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduate between December 2027 and June 2028, and remain in good academic standing.
- Be available for a full-time, hybrid, 10-week temporary internship from June 2027 through August 2027.
- Have unrestricted U.S. work authorization without needing current or future sponsorship.
- Be willing and able to travel and relocate.
- Demonstrate clear, persuasive written and verbal communication.
- Have familiarity with Gemini, NotebookLM, and Claude.
- Have proficiency with Google Workspace productivity tools.
- Preferred qualifications include study in business intelligence, digital technology, engineering technology, information systems, information technology, mechanical engineering, network and communications management, strategy consulting, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include complex problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, communication, leadership, presentation, cross-functional project, systems-thinking, technical/data literacy, and process-simplification experience.
