Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture across Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Administer Power Platform tenant governance using the CoE Starter Kit, including inventory, compliance, ownership, capacity, licensing, and dashboards.
- Design and administer tenant- and environment-level DLP policies, including connector classification, exemptions, impact assessment, and remediation.
- Define and enforce ALM, environment topology, solution management, pipelines, release governance, deployment runbooks, rollback plans, and solution health checks.
- Own Dataflows and Power Query/M integration, including source onboarding, incremental refresh, transformation standards, Dataverse mapping, and monitoring.
- Build and deploy Copilot Studio agents with knowledge sources, generative answers, Power Automate tool calls, authentication, escalation, and Teams and web channels.
- Lead production-scale Power Automate Desktop RPA delivery, including runtime, licensing, and unattended execution strategy.
- Design integrations with SAP, SharePoint, SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and Office Scripts.
- Translate BRDs into FRDs, effort estimates, and phased deployment plans while identifying scope and estimation risks.
- Manage a cross-functional delivery pod, track adoption metrics, prepare executive reporting, and drive GenAI automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Deep expertise with Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse data modeling, Adaptive Cards, and custom connectors.
- Hands-on deployment and administration experience with the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit.
- Experience designing and administering tenant-scale DLP policies and performing connector classification and impact assessments.
- Proven ownership of Power Platform ALM, solutions, pipelines, environment strategy, and multi-environment promotion.
- Experience with Dataflows, Power Query/M, Copilot Studio agent design and deployment, and Power Automate Desktop/RPA at production scale.
- Integration experience with REST and SOAP APIs, SharePoint, and Office Scripts.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, PAC CLI, and Power Platform administration PowerShell modules.
- Strong client-facing communication skills for workshops, solution walkthroughs, and steering-committee presentations.
- Azure experience with VM administration for RPA hosting, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps pipelines, Key Vault, Entra ID app registrations, service tags, and IP allowlisting is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-500, or AB-100 and regulated-industry experience with audit and compliance awareness are preferred.
