Base Salary
$149k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define system architecture and deliver scalable, resilient, production-grade solutions.
- Drive engineering excellence through hands-on coding, automation, and technical leadership.
- Lead adoption of AI-first engineering practices using machine learning, large language models, and agentic architectures.
- Set technical direction and oversee complex, highly visible engineering projects with enterprise impact.
- Provide consultative and strategic guidance to senior and executive leadership and other technology groups.
- Partner with engineering teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into executable designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or graduate degree, or 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or platform engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/ML ecosystems preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI agent frameworks preferred.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-based architectures preferred.
- 10+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and DevOps practices preferred.
