Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead multiple teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards, coding practices, and software quality expectations.
- Provide solutions to technical and business-area problems spanning multiple teams.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges involving scalable and high-performance software.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of experience in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Proficiency in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) is required.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing complex projects.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalable software solutions.
- Strong subject-matter expertise, influencing, and advisory skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
