Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software and business intelligence components.
- Develop business intelligence reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Apply data integration and data warehousing techniques to support BI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting business intelligence platforms.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
- Manage team activities, make team-level decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
- Strong experience designing and developing business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and produce actionable insights.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience optimizing the performance of business intelligence solutions.
- Technical troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills for business intelligence platforms.
- Secondary skills in Oracle PL/SQL and Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
