Base Salary

$120k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop control software modules for vehicle actuation systems.
  • Implement throttle, brake, and steering control algorithms to follow planned trajectories accurately.
  • Interface with and integrate body-control systems, including headlights and fifth-wheel lifts.
  • Contribute directly through coding, vehicle testing, and debugging.
  • Remain actively involved in technical challenges and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics, control systems, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in control systems engineering.
  • Strong background in control theory and control systems design.
  • Proficiency in C++.
  • Experience with vehicle dynamics and actuation systems.
  • Real-world controls experience in automotive, aerospace, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong product mindset, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and collaborative abilities.
