Base Salary
$110k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement webplatform features and systems from product requirements.
- Provide webplatform support to field application engineers worldwide.
- Create technical documentation and application notes for new webplatform features.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and influence the product roadmap based on customer needs.
- Troubleshoot complex toolchain issues and develop solutions with other Engineering teams.
- Test and deploy changes to the web platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge.
- At least 5 years of experience working on full-stack web applications.
- Expertise in Golang and proficiency with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experience building, running, and deploying Docker containers; working with Linux or Unix-based operating systems; building distributed systems; and maintaining hosting infrastructure.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and ReactJS, plus basic UI/UX and prototype design ability.
- Solid understanding of Git concepts including branching, rebasing, and merge-conflict resolution.
- Ability to methodically debug problems, communicate information to engineering teams, and test and deploy web-platform changes.
- Preferred qualifications include Python, Nomad, desktop or CLI application development, self-hosted bare-metal compute management, and knowledge of high-level AI concepts.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
