Base Salary
$86k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the Agent Office Identification platform, including the Agent Locator, Agent Search, agent microsites, and supporting APIs.
- Own solutions from concept through production and contribute to technical decisions, modernization, data quality, and security improvements.
- Develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Deploy and support applications on AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and related container platforms.
- Collaborate with product, business partners, analytics, UX, and other engineers to identify problems, design solutions, and deliver software.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional software development experience, or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with relevant internship or project experience.
- Full-stack development experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and scalable object-oriented application design.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications on cloud or container platforms such as AWS, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
- Understanding of software engineering practices including code quality, automated testing, maintainability, and relational databases.
- Experience or familiarity with Angular, modern front-end frameworks, ROSA/OpenShift, cloud-native deployment, and delivering software from concept through production is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, adapt to change, communicate effectively, and work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
