Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and architect SAP applications, integrations, infrastructure, and related enterprise systems.
- Assess SAP platforms and technologies, provide recommendations, and drive improvements in architecture, design, deployment, performance, automation, and operational excellence.
- Identify and analyze interfaces and integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI, CPI-DS, Open Connectors, and API Management.
- Work with SAP Event Mesh, Open Connectors, API Management, OAuth, certificates, value mappings, message mappings, and adapters.
- Apply REST, messaging, SOAP, and event-based integration patterns and develop integration strategies and design frameworks during project blueprinting.
- Design standard connections between S/4 and systems including Ariba, Concur, Azure Data Lake, and EWM.
- Promote current technologies, including generative AI, across SAP solutions and collaborate with clients and teams.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience is stated; additional requirements specify 13+ years of overall experience and a minimum of 15 years of SAP BTP Integration Suite experience.
- Thorough knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite and relevant experience with SAP integrations, SAP BTP, and SAP PI-PO.
- Experience with SAP BTP/CPI Integration Suite, CPI-DS, Open Connectors, API Management, and SAP Event Mesh.
- Knowledge of integration security mechanisms such as OAuth and certificates.
- Knowledge of value mappings, message mappings, adapters, REST, messaging, SOAP services, and events.
- Architectural experience with design patterns, integration strategy, integration decision trees, and design frameworks during project blueprinting.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standard SAP connections to S/4, Ariba, Concur, Azure Data Lake, and EWM.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, strategic thinking, client-focused articulation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
