Responsibilities
- Design and develop Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM, intelligent-agent, and RAG solutions.
- Build ML pipelines and AI solutions from prototyping through production deployment.
- Write high-quality Python, PySpark, and SQL for data analysis and transformation.
- Integrate ML and AI models into modern cloud architectures using MLOps and DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with ML and AI engineers, full-stack AI developers, data engineers, solution architects, and clients.
- Translate client business requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Contribute to people management and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 5/6 years of experience developing enterprise AI solutions in structured organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, data science, or a related discipline.
- Strong Python, SQL, and data-modeling skills.
- Experience with Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and Prophet.
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow.
- Experience with LLMs, prompting techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms and services such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and/or Databricks for ML and GenAI.
- Knowledge of Git versioning, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- People-management skills.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, open-source LLMs such as LLaMA, Mistral, and Mixtral, LoRA, fine-tuning, Hugging Face Transformers, AI Foundry, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Relevant AI/ML certifications, including Microsoft AZ-900, AI-900, AI-102, AI-100, DP-100, DP-600, or Databricks Machine Learning and GenAI certifications.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good written and spoken English.

- Base salary range of €39,000 to €55,000 under level 1/Quadro of the applicable national collective agreement.
