Base Salary
$176k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end applications and APIs for autonomous vehicle platforms and systems.
- Architect and implement real-time user interfaces for internal and external customers.
- Build frontend and backend experiences that surface insights from high-dimensional data.
- Debug complex issues across the engineering and data stack.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering to take systems from concept to production.
- Drive code reviews, testing, and documentation, and mentor engineers as technical leadership responsibilities grow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building full-stack systems.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or a similar programming language.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience building real-time systems with stateful protocols such as WebSockets and gRPC streaming.
- Strong command of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills under production pressure.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading team projects is preferred.
