Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead migration of applications and identity governance capabilities from legacy IGA platforms into Saviynt.
- Onboard on-premises, cloud, and SaaS applications into Saviynt in partnership with cybersecurity, application, risk, and product teams.
- Configure and customize access reviews, certifications, entitlement management, request workflows, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Design proof-of-concepts and custom solutions for complex identity governance and access management requirements.
- Develop integrations between Saviynt, ServiceNow, CyberArk, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Support entitlement aggregation, reconciliation, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
- Create technical documentation, implementation guides, operational procedures, and audit evidence.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship while driving engineering best practices across the IGA ecosystem.
- Use and validate AI-assisted development and analysis outputs while accounting for model limitations, security risks, privacy, compliance, and operational considerations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 5 years of Identity and Access Management experience.
- At least 2 years of Saviynt implementation, engineering, or application onboarding experience.
- Experience with legacy IGA platforms such as ISIM, SailPoint, or other governance solutions is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk integrations is preferred.
- Experience supporting SOX, NIST, GDPR, or other regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Experience delivering proof-of-concepts, custom workflows, complex identity governance use cases, application onboarding, access reviews, certifications, entitlement management, and identity lifecycle governance is preferred.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using JSON, SQL, and related technologies is preferred.
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments, requirements gathering, technical solution design, stakeholder management, and technical leadership is preferred.
- Saviynt certification is preferred.

- Base salary range is $119,000.00-$187,000.00, with potential discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
