Responsibilities
- Co-develop functional and technical test strategies, including automation.
- Coordinate and support testing activities across one or more projects.
- Select and implement testing techniques and tools.
- Recommend improvements to testing activities and processes.
- Facilitate dynamic, participatory workshops.
- Supervise and develop a team of testers, including operational reporting.
- Identify and track product quality and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Higher education in computer science at Bac+5 level or equivalent.
- Significant experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with OpenText ALM, Eggplant, Playwright, Squash, Jira/Xray, Mantis, Robot Framework, Selenium, Tosca, Appium, and Azure DevOps.
- Good knowledge of agile practices.
- Knowledge of AI concepts including LLMs, agents, RAG, automation, and their application to business problems.
- Ability to work in English in an international context.
