Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, optimize, and document Salesforce solutions.
- Build custom functionality with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, batch processes, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Administer users, roles, profiles, permission sets, security controls, objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, and approvals.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, data visibility models, and data migrations using Salesforce Data Loader.
- Provide enhancements, break/fix support, production issue resolution, and data integrity and availability management.
- Support Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations and collaborate on integrations and API-based solutions.
- Document technical designs, system configurations, best practices, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least four years of software development experience.
- At least three years of hands-on Salesforce experience with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components, plus proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, related web technologies, Experience Cloud, and the LWR framework.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Salesforce AI Associate/Specialist certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, prioritization, independent-work, and collaboration skills.
