$277k - $342k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply Generative AI to solve complex business challenges.
- Lead a team of Applied AI engineers to address high-impact issues.
- Grow and mentor talent within the Applied AI team.
- Ensure operational excellence for a scalable and reliable AI platform.
- Drive the technical direction for Agentic AI solutions.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively to various audiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI systems and best practices.
- Experience in developing and operating enterprise-scale Cloud services.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Typescript.
- Experience in full product lifecycle and successful product launches.
- Passion for mentoring and fostering collaborative teams.
