Base Salary
$320k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement iOS applications for the Claude mobile product.
- Develop novel mobile solutions that leverage AI technologies.
- Optimize performance across the mobile stack.
- Champion best practices in mobile development and maintain a high-quality app experience.
- Contribute to backend systems as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering, research, design, product, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of iOS development experience.
- Expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks.
- Practical full-stack development experience and comfort with backend technologies.
- Experience building successful products in early-stage environments.
- Proven record of shipping impactful, high-adoption mobile applications.
- Experience building applications that use modern ML/AI technology.
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
- At least a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with 3D graphics, visual effects, or mobile audio and video streaming is a strong plus.

- Annual base salary of $320,000—$405,000 USD, plus equity, benefits, and potentially incentive compensation.
