Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot and Python.
- Design and build data pipelines and ETL workflows that ingest, transform, and unify data from diverse enterprise sources.
- Lead technical solutions from design and architectural decisions through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.
- Own system performance, reliability, and cost optimization for complex backend platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers.
- Serve as a technical anchor by leading design discussions, setting engineering standards, and driving codebase best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend software engineering experience building and shipping complex SaaS solutions in production.
- Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot or a comparable high-level backend language.
- Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines, big data stores, and high-throughput data processing.
- Proficiency in high-scale, multi-tenant cloud architecture, including Docker, Kubernetes, and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to lead end-to-end technical work autonomously from design through deployment.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within the functional domain.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience designing backend data infrastructure for LLM workflows, RAG platforms, or AI-driven security analytics pipelines.
- Preferred experience as a team lead or tech lead.
- Preferred B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.
