Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot and Python.
- Design and build data pipelines and ETL workflows for enterprise-scale data ingestion.
- Lead projects from design to production, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers.
- Serve as a technical anchor, setting engineering standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with Java/Spring Boot or similar.
- Hands-on experience with data-intensive systems and ETL pipelines.
- Proficiency in cloud architecture, including microservices and Docker.
- Ability to lead technical work autonomously from design to deployment.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
