Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Contribute to distributed services architecture with a focus on performance, resilience, and maintainability.
- Develop and optimize APIs and integrations across distributed systems.
- Improve application observability, monitoring, and logging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in architecture decisions and technical discussions.
- Follow software engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and automation.
- Contribute to deployment automation and cloud-native environments.
- Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
- Solid backend development experience with Java.
- Experience designing and maintaining APIs and distributed, high-throughput applications.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic or Datadog.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or similar cloud-native and DevOps tools.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring MVC.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices.
- Experience with unit, integration, regression, stress, and automated testing concepts.
- Intermediate written and spoken English communication skills.
