Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, maintain, and enhance applications using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Configure workflows, process automation, data models, and integrations within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members on project requirements and technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud is required.
- Proficiency in customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet diverse business needs.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Salesforce Sales Cloud with enterprise systems.
- Ability to work independently, contribute as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
