Responsibilities
- Partner with customer stakeholders on-site to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, routing, and supply chain performance.
- Develop automation tools to reduce manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Integrate AI solutions with TMS, WMS/YMS, and ERP platforms using APIs and cloud tools.
- Monitor deployed solution performance and continuously iterate to drive measurable improvements.
- Bridge technology, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Prototype solutions independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive adoption at the operational floor level.
- Operate in high-stakes environments where system uptime affects production lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or advanced analytics.
- Strong command of statistics and optimization techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and CPLEX.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, agentic AI, and generative AI platforms and frameworks.
- Experience deploying predictive AI models and optimization algorithms to solve business problems.
- Experience designing automated workflows and AI-driven business process solutions.
- Proficiency with TMS, WMS/YMS, and ERP workflows, including experience integrating AI through APIs into legacy systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of relevant experience, an advanced degree, supply chain or transportation experience, customer-facing or consulting experience, and measurable business impact from AI-driven solutions.
