Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate multi-beam mask writer software at IMS and customer sites.
- Prepare tool-specific configurations and perform software and configuration upgrades on customer and IMS tools and testbenches.
- Conduct factory acceptance tests and provide complete documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues through data analysis, root-cause identification, and solution proposals.
- Report troubleshooting activities, observations, test outcomes, and proposed solutions through Jira.
- Provide expert support to onsite engineers and collaborate with R&D and other stakeholders.
- Improve, automate, and optimize team tasks and processes.
- Create technical documentation and independently own projects.
- Fulfill on-call duties approximately one weekend every two months.
Requirements
- Technical degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, or at least three years of relevant technical experience.
- Very good knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and system architectures.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Analytical problem-solving ability, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel several times per year for trips of up to one month and to work in a clean-room environment.
- Hands-on, customer-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and independent working style.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Git experience is advantageous.
- Basic Python or other programming-language knowledge and basic database skills are beneficial.
