Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems in Python.
- Implement agent architectures using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, ReAct, Tool Calling, memory management, and inter-agent interactions.
- Help design secure, industrialized enterprise AI platforms and develop secure APIs.
- Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and contribute to LLMOps practices.
- Conduct evaluation, validation, and robustness campaigns for AI systems using tools such as Promptfoo.
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical reviews.
- Support business and technical teams in adopting the developed solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Python development and software design.
- At least 3 years of experience with generative AI, agentic AI, or agent orchestration projects.
- Significant experience integrating complex information systems.
- Strong DevOps and CI/CD skills.
- Proven experience with an agentic-systems framework or equivalent methodology.
- Experience evaluating and improving the robustness of AI models and applications.
- Advanced Python skills, including design patterns, packaging, and code quality.
- Knowledge of ReAct, Tool Calling, memory management, multi-agent systems, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, MCP, secure REST APIs, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, TLS/SSL, certificates, GitLab CI/CD, LLMOps, and AI solution industrialization.
- Good knowledge of cloud environments and distributed architectures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, autonomy, and technical communication skills.
