Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Characterize neural-network quality, failure modes, and edge cases using research data.
- Coordinate with researchers, communicate experiment status, and manage concurrent experiments and deadlines.
- Review experimental results and recommend theoretical or process improvements.
- Write technical reports describing qualitative and quantitative results for external parties.
- Maintain awareness of relevant research and technology trends.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to colleagues and varied audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong judgment, introspection, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail.
