Responsibilities

Implement and continuously monitor security measures across the software development and operations lifecycle.
Develop and maintain automated pipelines for build, testing, and deployment with ongoing security improvements.
Support the integration and operation of security monitoring solutions and identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with development teams, IT operations, and security stakeholders to integrate security requirements into processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards, particularly in the brokerage environment.
Help advance the secure operation and automation of the IT environment and modern brokerage platform.

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in DevOps and IT security.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with security tools and practices including SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning, and secrets management.
Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure and their security architectures.
Fluent German communication skills for explaining security requirements to technical and business stakeholders.
