Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-level architecture decisions and lead implementation of scalable microservices-based solutions.
- Participate in analysis, design, coding, unit and integration work, and system testing across the full product lifecycle.
- Provide sustaining engineering support, feature enhancements, and codebase optimization for core products.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Architects, and Software Development Managers to deliver requirements.
- Mentor feature development teams and perform Scrum Master responsibilities when required.
- Communicate progress, surface technical obstacles, and drive work items through completion.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of software engineering experience in a robust SaaS or product-driven environment.
- Strong Java coding skills with deep knowledge of J2EE frameworks, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience developing microservices and transforming monolithic systems into microservices architectures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of web services and data integration patterns, including SOAP.
- Strong relational SQL knowledge; NoSQL experience is a plus.
- Experience with Angular or ReactJS is preferred.
- Experience with AWS technologies is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and independent execution skills.
