Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design scalable SharePoint Online and Power Platform applications and automations with functional users and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio agents.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs using connectors, custom connectors, and Dataverse.
- Manage Power Platform governance and application lifecycle management, including environment strategy, solution packaging, and deployment across development, test, and production.
- Plan and deliver work through Scrum and Agile sprints, iterations, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Analyze technical processes, improve system performance and efficiency, and document specifications, user manuals, and best practices.
- Review other developers’ solutions and mentor junior team members on design, performance, and security.
- Support and troubleshoot production automations and resolve user queries within agreed service-level agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized, accredited university or institution.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing applications on SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online features including lists, libraries, workflows, web parts, master pages, and permissions management.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and connectors, including REST, JSON, and OAuth.
- Experience delivering projects in Scrum or Agile teams, including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Practical experience with Copilot Studio or the ability to quickly learn AI agent solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English, evaluated verbally.
- Preferred: Power BI development, Power Automate Desktop or RPA development, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint Framework, SAFe, ITIL, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Preferred Microsoft certifications include Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform App Maker Associate, or Power Platform Developer Associate.
