Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor quality engineers and junior team members.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to support delivery and application lifecycle quality.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies.
- Define, monitor, and report key quality metrics related to test execution and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and product quality.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems while operating independently as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience with Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Experience developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track indicators related to test execution and defect management.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and resolution tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on delivering high-quality software products.
- 15 years of full-time education.
