Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, multi-agent teams, and the connections forming the organization’s agentic layer.
- Deploy AI solutions across areas of Getnet’s global operations.
- Work with multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, harnesses, knowledge systems, RAG, MCP, observability, and reporting.
- Modernize legacy systems and take full accountability for AI budgets and outcomes.
Requirements
- Applicants must have built something real using AI in a professional, personal, or entrepreneurial context.
- Demonstrated high agency, willingness to upskill in AI engineering, and extreme ownership are expected.
