Base Salary

$273k - $338k/yr

Responsibilities

Own platform as a product and set direction end to end.
Bootstrap and maintain core ML Platform components.
Set technical strategy and oversee development of high scale infrastructure systems.
Design great developer experiences with templates and clear documentation.
Instrument the platform to measure adoption and reliability.
Partner across organizations to optimize performance and safety.
Propose and implement new platform tooling for MLEs.
Stay abreast of industry trends in machine learning and infrastructure.
Mentor junior and senior engineers and lead design reviews.

5+ years of professional experience in system design.
Proficiency in API design and developer experience.
Experience with the end-to-end ML model lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a similar field.
