Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain new and existing systems as part of an agile delivery team.
- Develop and support data pipelines, data products, AI/ML workflows, and data platforms.
- Partner with business and technology teams to improve data quality, governance, and management.
- Explore and implement AI and machine learning solutions, including model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Create customer experiences while safeguarding customer data.
- Collaborate on peer reviews and maintain team quality and standards.
- Contribute to engineering and operations work that protects applications, computer networks, and systems.
- Use AI code assistants and execute technology proof-of-concepts with users and vendors.
- Onboard platforms and tools and support their adoption across the organization.
- Work with coaches and leaders on skill development and professional networking.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Creativity and resourcefulness to solve problems independently and collaboratively.
- Analytical and design skills for understanding and applying technical concepts.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to pursue learning and self-development opportunities.
