Responsibilities
- Work with clients and cross-functional architecture and value teams to translate business priorities into practical AI-enabled solutions.
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems end-to-end within client environments.
- Prototype solutions in Consulting and take them from prototype to production-grade systems in Studios.
- Configure and deploy pre-built agentic products into client environments.
- Design solutions using the Avanade Agentic Platform and Microsoft AI stack, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Apply AI-native engineering practices such as agent-assisted development, automated evaluation, reusable components, observability, and production operations.
- Collaborate on evaluation, accuracy, guardrails, and measurable business outcomes throughout the build.
- Contribute reusable components, patterns, and assets to the APAC IP library and Avanade Agentic Platform.
- Operate autonomously in ambiguous, early-stage client engagements and maintain accountability through production deployment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software or AI engineering with production systems to demonstrate.
- Strong practical command of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and agent orchestration, or credible equivalent experience on another stack.
- Full-stack capability across front-end development, APIs, data, and agent orchestration sufficient to ship complete solutions.
- Experience building and evaluating agentic systems involving retrieval, tool use, and failure handling.
- Ability to work with high autonomy in client environments and interact directly with stakeholders.
- Track record of moving prototypes into production quickly and responsibly.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both business and technical discussions with client stakeholders.
