Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and architecture and value stakeholders to translate business priorities into practical AI-enabled solutions.
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems end-to-end within client environments.
- Identify valuable AI use cases, challenge assumptions, and shape commercially viable and technically feasible enterprise solutions.
- Develop working prototypes, take prototypes into production-grade systems, or configure pre-built agentic products for client environments.
- Design solutions using the Avanade Agentic Platform and Microsoft AI stack, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Apply agent-assisted development, automated evaluation, reusable components, observability, and production operations.
- Work with Trust Architects on evaluation, accuracy, and guardrails throughout the build.
- Keep delivered solutions connected to measurable business outcomes and contribute reusable assets to the APAC IP library and Avanade Agentic Platform.
- Operate autonomously in ambiguous client environments and remain accountable from the initial brief through production deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software or AI engineering with production systems to demonstrate.
- Strong practical command of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and agent orchestration, or credible equivalent depth on another technology stack.
- Full-stack capability across front end, APIs, data, and agent orchestration sufficient to ship complete solutions.
- Experience building and evaluating agentic systems, including retrieval, tool use, and failure handling.
- Experience taking prototypes to production at pace without leaving unresolved implementation work for others.
- Ability to work autonomously in client environments and engage directly with stakeholders.
- Ability to discuss business and technical matters comfortably with client stakeholders.
