Responsibilities
- Contribute to NEC’s enterprise automation strategy and roadmap.
- Develop, administer, and optimize the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
- Design and deliver automation across infrastructure, cloud, networks, security, and ITSM.
- Develop scalable automation solutions using Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
- Drive automation governance, standards, and best practices.
- Partner with technical and business leaders to identify and deliver automation opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in automation, DevOps, platform engineering, or managed services.
- At least 5 years of experience with Ansible, AWX, or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
- Strong automation development skills in Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder and leadership skills.
- Red Hat certifications such as RHCA in Ansible Automation, RHCE with a focus on Linux Automation using Ansible, or equivalent automation-focused certifications are desirable.
