Responsibilities
- Work in consulting and software development projects for customers including AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using AI methods and tools throughout the software development process, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation.
- Apply and adapt secure software development principles and practices such as NCSC, OWASP, Secure by Design, Zero Trust, and MITRE guidance.
- Develop secure cloud infrastructures for applications on AWS, Azure, IONOS, and Google.
- Work across backend and frontend engineering and take responsibility for IT security in projects.
- Automate security processes and integrate SAST, SCA, IAST, and DAST tools.
- Represent Accso throughout the project lifecycle from acquisition through acceptance and communicate with stakeholders up to executive level.
- Proactively contribute expertise through knowledge transfer and internal communities.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- Extensive, in-depth software engineering expertise across backend and frontend development.
- Proven experience applying Secure by Design, Zero Trust, and other IT security principles in complex projects.
- Profound knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and MITRE CWE Top 25, with practical experience avoiding associated risks.
- Experience with DevOps automation and integration of security tools including SAST, SCA, IAST, and DAST.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and confident, audience-appropriate communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent German at minimum C1 level and very good English at minimum B2 level.
