Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning solutions using Python and data technologies.
- Deploy algorithms into production environments for testing and continuous improvement.
- Share knowledge and foster a collaborative ML/AI community within the team.
- Identify new opportunities for ML/AI to add value across products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams in real-world ML/AI projects.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI APIs and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing and model deployment.
- Expertise with MLOps tools and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated track record of stakeholder engagement.
- Solid foundation in statistics.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment.
- Some experience with Scala is a plus.
