Responsibilities

Design, build, optimize, and maintain scalable end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and reusable workflows.
Embed automated testing, quality gates, security checks, compliance controls, and policy enforcement throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Partner with testing teams to implement unit, integration, API, and end-to-end automated test frameworks.
Troubleshoot pipeline and automation issues, monitor pipeline and infrastructure performance, and improve reliability and delivery metrics.
Collaborate with platform, operations, and project teams to streamline deployments and onboard applications to standardized DevSecOps pipelines.
Integrate and maintain tools for code quality, security scanning, artifact management, test automation, ITSM, change management, and service management.
Contribute to enterprise tooling rationalization and identify opportunities to use AI capabilities in CI/CD processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
7+ years of experience in automation engineering, software development, or DevSecOps roles.
Experience with CI/CD platforms, source control, and build or artifact management tools.
Experience embedding policy, security, and compliance controls into delivery pipelines, including SAST, SCA, DAST, and IaC scanning.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, containerization, orchestration, and large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Bash scripting.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
