Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand engineering workflows and technical pain points.
- Assist with and eventually lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept of the Faros platform.
- Build and configure custom integrations, dashboards, and data pipelines.
- Work across APIs, data infrastructure, and visualization while iterating based on customer feedback.
- Identify patterns across customer engagements and contribute field-tested insights to product roadmap discussions.
- Take on increasing ownership over time while using AI coding assistants and modern tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Programming fundamentals in at least one language, such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience using AI coding assistants, LLM APIs, or AI-powered tools as part of building.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-engineers, handle ambiguous problems, and maintain a customer-oriented approach.
