Machine Learning Engineer, GenAI/ML Associate

- Design, develop, deploy, construct, and maintain generative AI and AIOps solutions.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and evaluate generative AI methodologies to improve AI capabilities.
- Architect and build complex AI models in Java or Python and deliver secure, high-quality production code.
- Develop intuitive AI application user interfaces using React or Angular.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in communities of practice promoting generative AI adoption and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of strong proficiency in Python or Java.
- At least 1 year of generative AI development and prompt engineering experience.
- Experience with application development and testing in AI projects.
- At least 2 years of experience with React or Angular.
- At least 2 years of AWS experience.
- Experience with LLM models and agentic tools.
- Preferred experience with AI model optimization and performance tuning.
- Preferred familiarity with data engineering practices supporting AI model training and deployment.
- Preferred understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms and techniques.
- Preferred experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
