Base Salary
$95k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and evaluate operations teams for Dragon missions.
- Allocate 50% of time to full stack development and 50% to operator training.
- Challenge requirements and reshape training workflows for efficiency.
- Create training content and provide instruction to mission control operators.
- Plan and execute training events and simulations with various teams.
- Script, test, and deploy simulation software components.
- Maintain the simulation environment including servers and applications.
- Serve as an on-console mission control operator.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience.
- Innovate human interaction with interplanetary spacecraft.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in technical training or real-time operations.
- 1+ years of programming experience in Python or JavaScript.
